Founder and senior Pastor of Kingdom Life Embassy, kingdom visionary leader, Life Coach and Mentor, Dr Maxwell Holland is known for his passionate commitment and tenacity in fulfilling the will of God for the next generation. Dr Max teachings and messages-and his very being- are fuelled by his desire to see Kingdom dominion established in every sphere of life and advancing the Kingdom of God.
Dr Maxwell and Zena Holland studied at Rhema Bible School South Africa and served in their leadership structure. They then felt the call of God upon their lives to start a church and in 2005 launched the ministry in a double garage at his home where God established Kingdom Life Embassy, now based in the Ruimsig area.
Due to his unwavering passion for sustainable, mindset transformation and vision to see the communities of our nation, and beyond, changed he established the 4Change Foundation in 2007. This organization is designed to engage with underprivileged communities through programs that are geared to produce a sustainable change.

Over the past 6 years the organization has reached thousands of learners and is currently reaching 10 000 learners per annum.
With zeal for entrepreneurship and empowerment and as an astute businessman, Dr Holland founded the 4Change Group which currently houses 8 businesses under its banner. In 2012 he became an affiliate with the Joseph Business School and launched it in Johannesburg South Africa. He is also a partner of the International Third World Leaders Association (ITWLA) which was established by Dr Myles Munroe. All this is part of the greater strategy to uproot and eradicate poverty.
He and Pastor Zena Holland have been married for 33 years and have two children. Warren, a pro golfer who is married to Stacey Holland, sports anchor for Super Sports Blitz television program and Tazmin who currently serves in Maxwell Holland Ministries. Dr Holland believes that family is one of the most important aspects in anyone’s life and therefore is determined to leave behind an inheritance for his children’s children.
